LOL I saw that pic before, it's a RUF CTR 2 (I think) nd it won a hillclim competition, be ya 10 bukcs you could drive it upside down in first gear!

hahahahahah LOL thats rediculous looking! Maybe it works but damn it looks stupid. Helluva lot of drag too, would work a lot better with lower profile uprights with a single or dual plane wing up top.
