hp increase from boost controller

I just purchased a Joe P boost controller for 50 bucks, was wondering how much hp does 1 psi make, so say if i were to turn the stock 13.5 stock psi to 15.5 how much Hp did i make ???? obviously im a newbie so be easy thanks

i think it depends on the car and the motor and turbo

i dont think every turbos psi is equal

but i could be wrong
