Quick Question????

Ok most people that drive Civics in my area have 17's on there car but the ones that don't just pull the hub caps off there ride. What I want to know is why????? IMO this looks stupid as hell. Can someone tell me the point? Again this is just my 2cents, maybe they know something I don't. Please fill me in on what I'm missing.

I was just wondering, because I had to do it for a week due to a flat on my tire and I don't have another 17" rim in the trunk. It looked stupid with my donut tire so I changed them all and couldn't find my lugs to hold the hubs on.

I will say that when I took off my 17" I felt like my car was running faster. My rims are to heavy.

I understand the not buying new ones, that price is way to high. For that price you can get another mod.:frog:

around here people who run stock rims with the hub caps off are racers. thats how we determine if that person is a racer. thats how my car is, it looks just like civichb91si's car. thats how everyone around here thinks, you wanna be know as a racer, drive around with your stocks iwth your hubcaps off.

i dont know anyone with 17s who races

Well then this guys my wife works with is a idiot then because his car sucks balls and it's slow as shit. He is kinda a follower. I was really just wondering because I have seen alot of it lately. I agree alot of people with 17's don't race. Well to each there own, thanks for explaining it.
