Aoshima Rim size inquiry

Hey people

Anybody in the knowing of the size of this particular series of Aoshima's rims?

Supposedly this is 19" since the actual Estima kit has 19".

I don't have exactly the same ones, but Work 18 in is 20.5mm dia., and a 19 in, which I forgot the name, is 22.45mm dia.
Would that help?

Yah, I guess Hoppin Hydros it is :smoker:
My nearby hobby shop is stocked with them whereas I have to go "japan" for the Aoshimas :frog:

If my measurements are right it only makes them the same size as Aoshima's 19's series

They're 20" in 1/25 scale I think as they might be geared for US domestic kits which are predominantly 1/25.

It says on some wheels they are for 1:24/25 scale kits....which makes them only 19's on 1:24 scale

The above statement is correct; I did a side-by-side comparison between HH and a 19" aoshima wheel and actually the Aoshima rim and tire was slightly larger in diameter.

You could get a dub city kit since those come with 2 sets of rims. They're in 1/18th scale and come with 20" rims, so it would be like having.. 26" rims in 1:24. :smoker:

I thought it's 1/24 scale with 20" rims...

Nevertheless, you're right. For $13 you could get 2 set of jumbo 20" chrome rims... Think me will get one locally

You're right that one is 1/24 scale. I think I read about the wrong one on the site.
