Question Which of these parts are worth to get??

Which of the following parts are worth to get for my 5th gen base Prelude? Already existing mods are in my sig!

1.) steel braided brake lines (There are a lot of martens who seem to love the cables of my prelude at my place. Other than that Iīd like to improve my brakes, too.)
2.) oil cooler
3.) Thermal R&D Stealth exhaust system (Not sure if I really want one yet because I donīt want to lose any power anywhere on the powerband.)
4.) gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure or a/f ratio
5.) Apexi Rev/ Speed Meter GP with g-sensor
6.) Hondata heatshield gasket
7.) short shifter (Which brand? Any bushings available?)

I did a search on the Thermal exhaust and everybody seems to like it but is it worth to get one without buying a new header and an intake system? Maybe I would replace my stock cat with a high-flow one later.

And Iīm looking for a shift knob which would look nice with my OEM wooden interior! Stock shift knob is black....and I dunno if some alloy would look nice with the plastic wood? I was thinking about a black Spoon Duracon shift knob!?

Thanx in advance!

Let me start by saying that the Thermal-will NOT hurt performance. Great mod IMO and I do not plan on taking it off. Goodridge or Russell stainless brake lines-another great decision--do it. As to short shifters-do bushings and then decide - there is some controversy about putting one on and you may do better without it. Why bother with the heatshield gasket-what will it really do on an otherwise unmodded engine.
As for gauges-put what you want in. Oil pressure and temp are nice. an AF gauge might be useful, but not required. The meter is your money, not my best choice.
Appearance items are again a personal thing-I like the plain black leather interior in my ride. I even went and had the armrest in the console lowered and added a fire extinguisher between the rear seats on a custom panel.
Do the real stuff first (brake lines and exhaust) and go from there. BTW: if you need pads for daily-get a set of AEM/Nissin as they are better than stock and work very nice on the track too. You really do not need a "big brake kit" for the street unless you are going for looks.

Thanx a lot for your fast help!
If I would decide to get a Thermal system I should go with a Stealth system, right?
Letīs see....Apexi and Hondata arenīt on the list anymore....what about the oil cooler to make it more reliable? cybercrx00 told me to just change the oil regularly but Iīm always doing that anyways.
Uhm.....shifter bushing! Which brand and where to get? Can I really feel a difference?
.....gauges....Autometer for example! Are these complete kits or do I have to get any additional parts except of a gauge pod? And how difficult is it to install them, especially the oil temperature one?
The problem with the shift knob is that I canīt imagine if a silver shift knob for example would look nice with the OEM wooden interior!? Maybe I should visit some Mercedes or BMW websites to see if any of their cars use these colors in combination.
Thanx again!

Are the Autometer gauges complete kits with everything Iīd need included?? Or do I have to buy the cables, thermometer (for oil temperature), etc. separatly?
