how do i add horse power to my 93 civic
what can i add on for a reasonalbe price to get the most power

depends what you consider reasonable. if $200 for a piece of tube and a filter with a name on it is reasonable, get an aem cai. You could get a generic intake off ebay for like 20-30. it wont add amazing amount of power but its where pretty much everyone starts. I think the absolut cheapest way to get the most power for racing is nitrous. run a 40-50 shot for $500 + $35 to fill up the bottle. Just dont be an idiot with it

New engine is one. Any thing else is usless i think. Not big at upgrading 4cylenders.

Ahh yes I have rode in a GTP and I have to say that I was rather impressed by it. Have you done anything to your's? And to answer your question it depends on who you ask, everyone has their own preference as to what exhaust is the best. Personaly I like the DC Sports AKA: RSR. They sound nice and not like BLAHHHHH MMMMMHAAAHAA ( that means like crap). I also like the way the GReddy sp and evo exhaust sounds as well. My vibrant sounds great to me as well. I just hate the exhaust that sounds like a straight pipe or like some ppl say " like a coffee can" what ever that is suppose to mean.
