'00 Cavalier 2.2L ......help

Ok...Heres the question. I have a '00 Cavalier 2.2L and i was wondering is it possible to remove the Governor Chip that shuts the car off at a certain speed(in my case....108mph)?? And if it is possible......anyone know where the chip is located? If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

It should be integrated into the computer's prom. The only way I know to bypass that is to get an aftermarket performance chip.

www.fastchip.com might be able to help.
