Question 'Wave' pearl powders

I'm about to start work on a Veilside Skyline which I want to do in Lamborghinis 'California Orange'. To do this I'm planning on using Tamiya Orange oversprayed with a yellow pearl clear. I've just got the Wave yellow pearl powder, but all the instructions or in Japanesse. Any one got any tips for using this stuff (how much do I put in the clear etc.)?

I think that you can buy pre-mixed pearl clearcoats.
Other than that, try a translator to translate the instructions? Maybe try
http://world.altavista.com/sites/aue...babelfish/trns although I'm not too sure how you would type in the instructions
