Little question

A friend of mine who has a '97 Civic coupé last asked if the coupés had a facelift after '99. And to be honest, I don't know... could anyone help me on this. I think their was a mild facelift in europe. Not the new lights and bumper, but just a pré'99hatch bumper without the moldings. I know the US got a facelift, I've seen enough Si's to know that for sure, but what about the euro versions???
