So people, how many current project do you have and what number do you call reasonable? Now i face the problem that i have too many - my dear is not happy with the mess, i am not happy with so many unfinished projects. I am probably trying to justify my lazyness and impetuosity by finding that i am not the only one

So here they are:

Re: "Photo fact" - number of current projects

So it seems to be common issue same as huge pile of unopened boxes Now i feel much more confident The big advantage of this working style, for me at least, is that i can always do what i want any time, because all projects are on different stages - i can work with plastic, i can paint i can apply decals, polish, scratchbuild and so on, whatever i like most.

Of course one of the main problems for us is the storage space

Re: "Photo fact" - number of current projects

well I think it would be much easier to list the kits I haven't started.

My current BUILDS that are being actively built are:
SR20DET scratch build motor
Tamiya S13 silvia widebody with SR20det and full engine bay (long slow project)
Monogram '69 camaro RS/SS
AMT Old Pro Nova with a Pontiac Ventura conversion (Pro Mod)
hasegawa A-4e/f skyhawk
hasegawa AV-8B harrier
and several parts that I'm working on for resin casting.

Do you agree that buying new kits is not less fun that building the kit or enjoying the ready model? When you take off the shrink wrap, open the box and look all over the parts and decals, imagining how the model will loook like and what will you improve or how will you paint this or that part - orgazm! like a first gulp of beer after a hard day

Re: "Photo fact" - number of current projects

In rough numbers I have about 100 boxes and of all these there is only 5 or maybe 6 that is not started
Some of them is just a couple of hours from being finished but I kind of loose momentum when they get close to the finish line.
There is always something new and fresh that lures me into another project.
Eventually they will be finished all of them.
