True or false? Koni's tend to blow

Someone tried to tell me that he heard from Koni owners say they blow out allot. I've never heard that, what do you say?
I'm not looking for comments about WHAT he said, I want to know if that's really what Koni owners have experienced?

I never had such problems.

That's the first time that I have ever heard of that happening to Koni shocks. Tokico Illumina's is another good shock if you don't want Koni.

Other shocks will blow out way before Konis. Konis can handle up to 500 ft/lbs springs. Others can't.

I've never had any problems with Koni's.
Tokico's on the other hand I've had lots of problems with. Not only do they blow, I've had one break at the top where you bolt it down, and I've had another one pop the adjuster out the top and squirt all the fluid out.
