I have a 1996 Neon
 im only 15 and i need help making my car very bitchin!!!!!!!!i have 2000 dollars spared away and a 2 door dodge neon plz help me i need some pointers on making it looker cooloer and run better and even do a quarter mile under ten i need help plz give me some tips pointers etc....... Also if there are any sites that sell cool stuff for very low prices help me out im a n00b  |

Well...
First things first... Make it run PERFECT! A nice car is only as nice as it runs. So anything knockin' or anythin', dump money into that. Speakin' of engines, you're not goin' below 10s with $2000... Neons are hard to drop that time and add whp. But as far as looks, you can have a bad ass lookin' Neon with $2k, primered anyways. LoL! Or a cheap paint job. Body kit, good one, $800. You really should go eurathane, considerin' you dont have too much experience drivin'. LoL. But, you can get a decent cheap one for $600 (shipped too). Throw some Z3s on there, thats $250. Well, you can go really hot and have a body shop throw on some custom vents, now that'd be killer! I dont know how much that'll run, just how good you know the body shop. Drop some 17's on there... You can get a really nice pair wrapped in some rubber for roughly $800-1000. I got mine from www.autoglitz.com for $850 (shipped). So that aint bad... Get a nice tint, whether you go legal or not, thats on you. I went legal... Never ever gotten bothered. I go strictly legal. Interior, just throw some Armor-All on that dash and you're straight. Interior is as nice as you are comfortable. Its on you. Stereo, change that stock deck... Its nasty! I went MP3 and kept stock speaks. Man, if I had $2k, that'd be nice... I could do so much more with that... I have most of it outta tha way, man it'd be nice. I'm payin' $1245 every six months for insurance and I only make 'bout $250/month from my job and $300/month stipend from scholarship, so I'm barely breakin' out. LoL! Summer is when I catch up. But'chur doin' good kid... Gettin' that wip mad early. But like I said, make sure that engine is runnin' well! Its soo embarassing when you're drivin' down the road with some killer rims, body kit, paint job, then you break down. LoL! Never happened to me, but I seen it happen.
