Drove the new 02 SI......

I drove the SI last night. Oh my god it's garbage It takes so long for the power to kick up where as our cars, soon as you hit the gas you feel the power. After I got back in my car I could tell a huge difference. The way that I beat the TypeS, I would let the new SI get in front of me before we ran eachother. Anyway just thought I would share that. Peace:alien:

it's pretty cool considering the fact the spec is around 1-2k cheaper than the SI. I never test drove the new SI or have raced one yet, but i soon hope too. I've heard from a lot of people that it isn't as fast as 2000 SI. I never questioned that because the new ones are practically heavier than the old ones and the new one is a HATCH!!!

One thing that i give to the SI is the interior. MAN! the interior looks f*cking tight!!

While looking for a new car for my sis, I asked the salesperson if they are selling much. She said that the exterior styling is a turn off and that it looks like a Ford Focus.

I talked to a guy who had a new svt focus the other day. He saw my car, and said he didn't go for it because of the handling! I don't think he even drove one! He went on to say that he has had his car in the shop 3 times, in 1 month!!! Said the o2 sensor went bad, and I can't remembet the 3rd trip. I like the look of our cars much better than those hatches!!!

I think it looks like a mini-minivan. Its like an optical illusion, I see one and it looks like a minivan thats twice as far away. I was at a little meet the other day and there was a guy with one who tried to show off and peel out as he left, he barely squeaked the tires! I hate those little POS's

I agree with you on that one as well SERspeedalot. They do look good when they are hooked up. Hey, I don't know about other dealerships but are the hondas dealerships where you guys are hooking them up and selling them. Like the ones are coming with AEM intake, springs, and rims. One new civic had AEM, springs, headers, DCsports exhaust and a body kit.
