Call a local body shop about the paint.... And the carpet you can buy a piece like from a home depot or lowes or a carpet store and get any color you want that way and take your seats out, take your carpet out and then lay the new carpet with a few cuts and snips and a little glue you will be done!!!

Do you really want to do that? What color is the interior now?
Painting an interior is not an easy task...if you want it done right. It takes a lot of preparation, even then its not guaranteed to come out perfect. Peeling or scratching the paint will become an issue later on.

Anyway, its your ride, you can do whatever you want with it. Keep in mind that once painted, there's no turning back.

You need to find the proper paint for the job. Once there was this great product applied with a sponge applicator, Bri-Top, made by Talsol Corp. I think the company folded due to unfair labor practices. I believe, most of the products now are spray paint type. You'll need to remove ALL the parts required to be painted, like dash, mouldings, etc. You cannot simply spray paint everything still attached to the car. Preparation of the parts are necessary to help the paint adhere better. Use paint thinner or rubbing alcohol to remove any wax and dirt off the vinyl parts. Take your time spraying and do it lightly with several coats, letting the paint dry in between. Overspary will kill more of your time, since you'll have to fix it. Once painted, you'll have to paint over it with clear coat for protection from normal abuse. You'll have to do all of these INDOORS to guarantee a clean paint job.
You think you're ready for the task?...then go ahead and PAINT!

As for the carpet...try http://www.automotiveinteriors.com/
