Left side vs right side dirve swap ?????

if i wanna take some parts of a jdm.. right hand drive..
and put them in my left hand drive.. is there any problem with that...
it's nothing on the tranny just some engine parts.. ??
anyone.. ??

uhhhh its all the same... you can use a JDM motor with your USDM tranny, or a USDM motor with a JDM tranny... could use JDM engine parts in your USDM motor. But what are you looking to do?

Hate when that happens... but yeah its all the same. JDM and USDM have all the same crap, the gears are all in the same location, foot pedals all in the same location etc. Only major differance is the lighting, clusters, and turn signal/wiper arms... and some weight reductions (Japan doesnt have the same crash testing requirements as the US does) this some safety bars are a little smaller then the US models

i'm not gonna take the exhaust or the headers or anything.. but are there any part of the jdm engines that aren't carb legal in the us ?
i'm looking into a throttle body, and possibly an intake manifold..
