zenki badge on left or right side?

i've read on the site with the history of the silvia (you all probably came across it one time). it said that the zenki's silvia badge was on the right while the kouki's silvia badge was on the left. however, many s14s have its badges on the left. i don't know what's the true source. can anyone help me out with a picture for comparo or anything? thanks in advance.

This is actually pretty funny, well, not really that funny. My car's a '95, and the badge is on the right side, whereas my friend has a late '94 (one of the first S14's), with the badge on the left. Both cars are NZ new too. Neither of us can figure out why either. I've been meaning to ask someone at my local Nissan dealer where I bought it from because it's one of those annoying little things. Now where's that pic...

I just called a friend of mine who owns a Nissan dealership and he told me that all pre '95s had the badging on the left while all post '94s had the badging on the right.

i've replaced my silvia badge with a new-non rusty yucky one.... but ouch now my 96 will be mistaken for a 94! ='(
