NEED HELP! Rev limiter
k..i just got a Lotus Esprit..and i wanted to put a Stage 4 turbo on it..so i did so..and i took it to the track...well...i forgot about the rev limiter...so now i have a 1008 hp Esprit that only goes 168 tops until the rev limiter knocks it down..
can you get rid of the rev limiter? or am i screwed? im gonna be pissed if i worked for 100,000 dollar car and put a 84,000 dollar turbo on it...thats a 180,000 for nothing

i havent gotten the fullly customized tranny no..but ill go down and get it later..after fastlane is on..thanks for the advice
i think thats stupid...rev limiters can always be taken off

Technically you can take it off. Just buy the full tranny and adjust the gears. If you adjust them right it won't bounce off the rev-limiter.

Ahh yes, the Esprite decked out lasted me a LOOOONNNNGGGG time, it is truly an awesome car. That, and the Skyline P34GTR Spec V II were my mainstays for quite awhile. But now I have 2 F1 cars, and I dont use them anymore

i got it now..i've had it fixed for a while but i got bored today and saw a star near the games so i wandered in and forgot to tell ya...not like neone cares
but now it goes 260 ! no more 140 thanks guys
