Alright, the good news--After double-checking with Aoshima again and translating the catalogue, it turns out I was reading MSRP as my cost ... So please feel free to check out the new and improved Aoshima section of our online store, with MUCH more affordable prices. Sorry for the confusion, I hope we didn't scare any potential customers off!

The bad news: Unfortunately, until further notice, Aoshima has suspended the sales of the majority (not all) Nissan model kits in their lineup, due to licensing concerns (surprise surprise, will car companies ever just leave the hobby alone?). Please check back often, we will let you know ASAP when they become available for sale again!

Also NOTE: the 10% discount for all AF: Modeling Forum members is still in effect until Christmas!

Nice update, let me know if you ever get the Fujimi garage TOOL set in... That would be awsome, I will keep checking the site though.

Oh man.. do you know if that Nissan ban includes their new Silvia with SR20?!

Unfortunately it does--the only Silvia they can still sell is the Kei D1 GP car.

I'm hoping they'll have this licensing deal resolved in a month or so. I hope.

I thought the problem was resolved this fall, and that's why the S13 kits got the green light. I'd better check the Japanese modeling community.

I remember reading about that as well Hiroaki, but sure enough I got my order form and they were all crossed out--I emailed Aoshima to be sure, and it's still an issue
