Cheap effective mods

Hey all...

Was down in my local motor performance shop and asked a few things about cheap mods to my '98 Euro 4-door Civic VTi.

They recommended

a Pipercross element (I would prefer Apexi or K&N )

a replacement Cat pipe

a FSE Power Boost Valve

What ye guys think?

Also some spot welds are gone in my rear parcel shelf to the Rear pillars after hitting a massive pot-hole in the dark with 5 people in the car..... i am thinking I should get a rear strut bar to be safe?
again? thoughts?

Cheers all....

James.
