Getting a GSR block ...now what do i have to do?
Ok i want a gsr bare block and i'm gonna put aftermarket pistons, rods blah blah . Can i put my b16 head on it with no special modification?

Get the cylinders honed, take your head to a machine shop, choose what components you are going to use and start pricing/purchasing them. And be prepared to spend more than you thought you would have to.

I think it will fit perfectly...I'm not sure though...I will reconfirm and let you know...but damn...that will be a hellofa set up...keep us posted.

This is what I found out...B16 head will fit but you will lose compression. Head flows better than a GSR but need to get head shaved to compensate. Build your block too with good pistons, like JDM CTR...
