Caffeine

Ok, so right now, at 3:40am, I can't sleep cause i downed 2 coffees at about 1am so i could be awake to drive my sis and her husband to their wedding night hotel. just wondering if anyone knows of anything that helps people sleep better, not drugs, just something around the house. another thing, caffein usually doesn't do anything for me but it did tonight, too bad lol. but i guess this thread is probably useless because nobody's going to be on at this time of the morning but if someone is, gimme some tips.

Re: Caffein

If caffeine doesn't usually do anything for you why did you drink 2 cups of coffee in the first place?

For sleep, try a warm milk drink. Or some tequila. Or smoke some pot.

Re: Caffein

well, it usually doesn't keep me up, it'll wake me up, usually for about 20 minutes, then ill get tired and be able to sleep.

edit: I didn't get to sleep until 5am, then woke up at 8:30. that wouldn't be that bad if i had something like school and then time to sleep but i've got to host 50-100 people at my house for a gift opening today

Re: Caffein

Warm milk and rum would have done the trick.

maybe not tequila that has a habit of not putting you to sleep but instead making you want to drink more......i find that out every time i go out.
rum or whiskey will do the trick though
