Ebay Carbon Fiber Hood
I JUST GOT MY HOOD FROM EBAY IT LOOKS REAL CHEAP,... ITS ALL MADE FIBER GLASS AND THE CARBON FIBER WAS TRIMMED AROUND THE EDGES AND NOT LAYED OVER THE EDGES are all carbon fiber hoods like this ??? also hood was $250 plus shipping

Hey Man,
Sorry to hear that you got ripped. I think those jerks on E-Bay that sell that crap should be arrested or something. The fact is though, not all carbon fiber hoods are like that, but most are. I think most of them are just glass with a thin layer of CF on top. It seems the jacka#@ who made the one you bought didn't hide it as well. Some manufacturers have it together though and do honeycomb and the whole bit. It just makes me mad that those guys are selling that junk. Gives E-Bay a bad name for people like me who are selling good stuff. (I don't sell hoods, so don't ask)  Anyway, try to get your money back, I would. See Ya
