Question Is this a new Tamiya release??

I was looking around for something "different" to build and came upon this:

Never seen one before and it is listed as "new".....anyone know anything about it??

It is "Fit" for the garbage can if you ask me. I don't like it that much. That model has been out for a month or so on HLJ.com. Its a model of a Japan-market only Honda. It looks like a minivan mated w/ a Civic. Don't buy it, there's better models to blow your money on :bandit:

The Honda Fit/Jazz is like the best selling small car ever in Japan right now, so I think it's selling like hotcakes there... I don't think there's a big demand for it here, though.

Thanks for the response, guess I freaked when I saw a Tamiya model I hadn't read about on here! I found it on Tamiya's site shortly after starting this thread.....

U all should know this, this car the honda fit, was originally named Honda Fitta, might sound all ok to you but the swedish honda officials were more than stunned when they got the news on the cars pretty name since fitta is the she most commonly used swedish word for a womans "private parts". (good one there honda!)

dont you just love when big companies screw things up

So yes, if u want a satisfying building experience buy this kit

That would be some ride ...Ride the PUNANY

We have the Jazz in th UK, its supposed to be a revolution in car design you know, because of the amount of space available inside such a small car. I guess its a bit like Dr Who's Tardis except without the space and time travel capabilities. The Tardis looks alot better too!

I like Jazz but only when its on my radio!!!
