Just bought a 96 LS, want some mod advice...

I just bought myself a very clean 96 Integra LS with low miles. I will use it for a daily driver but I want to pump it up without it looking and sounding like I have done any major upgrades. I am looking for advice and a starting point. I will start with the basics: 17's, tint and audio. What I need help with is under the hood. I am looking for the most effective upgrades with the least amount of noise increase. If I decide to forgo the noise concern and install a Jackson Supercharger, what else do I need to add to ensure reliable daily driving. I live in an moutainous area with lots or twisted roads so I want to do some suspension stiffing also. Thanks in advance for the help!!

it you're going for a JRSC later down on the road, forget the DC headers. Kamikaze is what you'll want. they are the most popular headers for JRSC'd cars and gains more power than the DC.

Thanks for the tips so far. If I do decide to go for the Jackson Supercharger, what other mods will I need to do/consider in conjunction with it?

you can forget about the AEM cold air intake. a short ram intake is better. using a cold air intake will reduce the efficiency of the charger. it has to work harder to get air.

if i were u, i'd get a VTEC head for ur ls and make it a LS VTEC, that alone will have more horsepower than a GSR, but it's a difficult process and u have to find the right people to do it

instead a supercharger, it's better with a turbo IMO, it's the same price as a turbo and makes better gains on turbo since u have an integra, cuz integras don't have enough torque to support the SC, but it still makes good gains.....it's just personal preference i guess
