What is your favorite conspiracy theory?

I've always liked conspiracy theories and find them interesting. Some are just silly but others make good points and make you think. So I figured I'd ask everybody which theory you like the most, why you like it, what do you know about it, and what interest you about it.

I'll just name a few here that are well known but there are too many to list. If I didn't name one you can post it up and gives us all a little information about it.

U.S. involvement/planning of 9-11-2001
- The government planned 9/11 to trick the American people to get its way.

The John F. Kennedy assassination
- There are many stories but most say the CIA did it.

Faked U.S. moon landing
- The U.S. faked the moon landing so we could say we did it and beat the Russians.

The Roswell, NM UFO coverup
- A flying saucer crashed in Roswell and it's being kept at Area 51 now

shadow U.S. government (skull and bones society, ect)
- There are people in our government that are a part of a secrety society (skull and bones is a big one) and they win elections through them and do different things because of the society. This society is what holds the true power and pulls the strings of what goes on in our government and is looking for world domination.

Murder of Princess Diana
- Princess Diana was murdered by MI6 for the royal family.

The U.S. government created AIDS.
- The U.S. government created AIDS to kill off homosexuals and/or clear Africa of blacks so industrialized nations could come in and take a profit of the area in the future once the population was gone.

Other
- If I didn't name one, name it and tell us about it.

Re: What is your favorite conspiracy theory?

I voted "other." My favorite is the oil company conspiracies to keep the water-fueled car from becoming reality. Raw physics and chemistry prevent the water-fueled car, not some government darkman.

I used to think the Jimmy Hoffa thing was pretty interesting until I learned more about it. Now I know where he is and its really boring.

I voted other.

Christianity:
Christianity was created by some form of government to instill morals within it's members of society. It worked, but has also brainwashed many into forgetting they have a life to live.

Maybe I do, maybe I don't agree with that. But it's the only one I really care about.

I like both the "Faked Moon Landing" one, and the "CIA was financed by selling Crack to the Black gangs in LA" ones.

No, that is well established fact.

The oil companies did cover up some patents on fuel saving devices.

Re: What is your favorite conspiracy theory?

I like the one close to my home. Since Ohio is part of a major oil route the Oil Overlords won't allow us to have E-85 (Where is the major oil route in OH?)

Bush and Kerry were in a college group (true) and they planned for Kerry to become a democrat so bush could become a republican, then run for president (which he did) and kerry would be a giant douche (which he was) and bush could become president and the past 8 years were planned 20 some years ago

Actually the reasoning behind a lot of wars is that they help economies because more people have to produce (i.e. less unemployment) for the needs of the army (this does and has worked) sadly it didn't work this time so now we look like poor (not really but look at exchange rates) ass holes.

Another good one, Iraq was invaded so the US could get free oil. Go to a gas station there is your counter-example, if gas was free it could be less, but $3.19 is definately not free.

I hadn't heard about the planned 9/11 but that is awful. I know people have done alot of machiavellian (sp) things over the years but the biggest massacre of US citzens on our own soil since Pearl Harbor, that is just blasphemy. If that is true let me know who it was, he will be on a slow boat to a middle eastern war zone by the morning.

Re: What is your favorite conspiracy theory?

Another one I like is an old one; the White House and Pres. Rooseveldt had advance warning of the Japanese surprise attack on Pearl Harbour on Dec. 7, 1941, but allowed it to happen anyways to gain public support to enter into WWII

Re: What is your favorite conspiracy theory?

cody e my problem with your link is they can't spell AL Queda its not EL.

Okay it says that Zarqawis death will fuel the insurgency, thats true because we give that fucker way too much press. He was a horrible excuse for a human and we keep talking about him. LET IT GO. Do not post anymore about him, the more we talk about him we are making him out ot me a martyr fueling the insurgency fire, making those stupid, liberal, conspiracy theorist websites into self fullfilling prophescies.

Bush let Zarqawi go, Clinton let Bin Laden go, hmmmmmm.

"I wish that instead of posing for photo-ops - flying into the anticeptic security of the green zone, as if he had the courage we all know he doesn’t have - that we could put Bush in a room alone, without any cameras, just tape his eyes open, and have him watch the Nick Berg execution video over and over for about twelve hours straight, so that he could get a rough idea of what is really going on in Iraq every day, and what he has done."

Bets on this ass clown ever helping his country? I quote " ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your county," All dickheads like this guy have ever done is exploit the constitution, that war, pain, and death of fellow Americans that it has taken to support. If we ever had a war here on our soil, its guys like this that go straight to Canada. They say they hate America and would rather be European, my opinion, "GO we don't want you." They say they hate us (americans who love our country) but there very existance is supported by our constitution, FYI the American Constitution exists only in America. So all you that say flag burning in Iran is a message of free speech, no its not, they don't have free speech in Iran. Yet you still fight for their rights and bitch about ours. At my high school there is a club that rights letters to wrongfully imprisoned people in third world countries. What they forget is they were arrested on the terms of that countries laws, not ours! How many Uzbekistanis wrote to Charles Manson because they thought murder is free speech?

That is what I have to say, sorry it is off topic
