Revell Benetton B194

Hi, this is my Benetton B194 that Michael Schumacher drove during the 1994 Formula One world championship.
He won the drivers title by one point in front of Damon Hill.

Re: Revell Benetton B194

Nice to see you succeeded turning it into something good !
The tyres a re a bit shiny, but really cool build. I remember the level of detail on the engine was really good for the scale...

Excellent work!

Have this in my stock-pile but, after hearing horror-stories about early Revell AG F1 cars, left it alone. Worth taking another look I think.

Well, honestly the decals are a horror, they ripped very easily and sometimes they are wrong, the ford logo on the front nosecone, for example, is too much in the front so everything before is too close together.
The Ferrari 412T1B I built some weeks ago was from the same era and the decals were much nicer to handle with, perhaps these were so bad because of bad treatment from the ebay seller

Re: Revell Benetton B194

Nice build, looks awesome..

Is this the car he deliberately took Hill out with in Australia to win the championship?

I tried to replicate the Monaco version, but I didn't have the correct rear wing.
but now I remember having one in the B193B kit I built some time ago... damn it
perhaps I'll get another one from ebay

Well done, I hear that is quite a pig of a kit.

Think you've just accomplished the impossible! Stunning build from that kit! (I've heard the same as RallyRaider...)

Well, as I said, the decals were a horror, perhaps I will do another version with the rear wing from the B193B but the fit was quite good considering the age of the kit
