Completed - The forgotten Starcard 911 GT2

Well I did start a progress thread for this one but I got carried away and just finished it.

This one is completely box stock using the 33 livery as opposed to the box art 35 livery. I wanted to do a car I could actually do the panel lies on
This one features a few mistakes, mostly in the decalling process. I had to patch a couple of tears, holes etc, thankfully there was a lot of decal material left over!

Pictures are a little dark, if it is sunny tomorrow I will try some outside.

Any and all comments welcome:

AJ

None of your decal problems seem apparent to me. The finish looks great. Nice work!

Thanks for all the nice comments guys.
It was cold out today but there was some sun so I took these. I knocked the aerial off just as I was about to take them hence it's missing.

Superb finish!

Regarding the decals you might like to try cutting the carrier film back more before applying. Takes longer and makes application tricker but the result is much better.

gotta say you gave it a great finish, nice and clean, sorry to hear about your decal problems, but can't even see where it happened, guess it gets the best of us.
