Serious problems after swap

ok gang, i put my b16a into my STD. i made a subharness to connect the CRX Si engine harness to my STD body harness. the engine cranks up fine, and besides a slight tap (i needa adjust the clearance, was waiting until i got it running to double check them. its a fresh rebuild) i have no engine problems. i get no error codes on the ECU, and have even pulled the TPS plug to make sure that codes would still be thrown. all is well where this is concerned. my problems come in with my gauge cluster. nothing works on the cluster except the lights. i have checked my connections to the cluster, its fine, and it was working before the swap. i checked the speedo cable on both ends, and both are securely in place. tach doesnt work, gas shows nothing, temp doesnt go up even after running long enough for the thermostat to open (which it does, i checked) and the speedo and odo never move. another problem i have run into is for some reason my electric fan will not come on. i have considered changing the relay, but i dont see any reason that it couldve broken just by swapping the engine. today i will pull the temp sensor plug and see if it throws a code, and i will pull the relay and swap it. any help on this would be appreciated

on the upside, the engine runs beautifully, and once i get an alignment the car should roll smoothly, although i dont want to drive too much without the electric fans
