Shocks and turbo

ok i got 2 questions
im looking to get new shocks but im not sure what ones to get iv heard Bilstien r good, can any1 tell me some other good ones to look in to

also i wanna get a turbo but i have no idea what ones r good and what ones to stay away from and stuff
i got D16 engine if u need to know

koni shocks are good. as for the turbo i don't really know but i would just go with the good brands like greddy, apexi, and the drag gen 3 turbos with the t3/4 hybrid turbo. i heard that the t3/4 is the best though
