Skyline to arrive?

I read that recently in an issue of Car and Driver. By the way, I think the Skyline R34 V-spec II is the sexiest car ever built.

Nissan's GTR Concept will be released here in 04. It's called a GTR and is not connected with the skyline name. Which apparently is now being used for their line of sedans.

*Edit*
Here's a pic, I've got two more, PM me if you want um.

The Skyline range used to include everything from cushy sedans to the all-powerful GT-R. Now, Nissan (or rather Renault) seems to be splitting them up into two entirely different models. The V35 Skyline in Japan is the same car as the Infiniti G35 in the States. The G35 coupe is basically a luxury-lined 350Z. The new GT-R is supposed to be released in all markets, and is the sole succesor to the throne. I think it's a bad idea, since the Skyline GT-R model has existed since 1969. The badge has not changed since then either. Oh well, I don't care what they do, it won't stop me from buying an R32 GT-R...

Whooo! Long time no write.....anyway, I haven't heard anything about the GTR....but the concept picture you posted looks better than the ones I've seen around.

I do know the R35 Skylines are getting more and more powerful. The latest version currently selling for 3.66 million Yen is an N/A 277.6HP 350-GT with an 8 speed CVT tranny. Haven't actually gotten in one yet...but I'm thinking of going test driving one here soon....that tranny has got me wonderin!

The V35 Skyline has already been released here as the Infiniti G35. Very impressive car from what I've heard.

Yup,the V35, (G35 here) is the sedan side of the skylines. The GTR concept is going to be the GTR side
