wiring woes in b16a ef civic

i have a b16a1 in my 90 STD hatch. the problem is that the b16 has a wiring harness on it from the crx Si that i pulled it from. the engine to body plug on the drivers side (the one where the injector resistor box is) doesnt match up. and theres an extra 6 pin engine to body plug on the passenger side. i have begun makin up a subharness for these two, but so far a few wires are eluding me. if anyone knows what i must do to use a crx Si engine harness on a civic STD, i would be very happy. as of now the engine just looks damn good in the car.
