PlastiKote over Testors enamel primer??

Hey guys

i just went to a crafts store and i found some Plastikote White Primer, now i was just wondering should i put this over the testors enamel primer? or should i strip the testors and only use the plastikote? i plan on painting the model yellow..

anyways... so i decided i could not wait so i put the plastikote on the testors gray primer anyways. HEHEHE
