I have read those a while back when I thought about buying a system from futureshop. It really does seem like they are trying too hard.

I had an incedent with futureshop recently.

I went to there store recently to buy a 2nd amp to power my rear 6x9's. I had in mind how much I wanted to spend, and approx how much power I wanted. I tell the guy what im looking for and he immediatly starts to tell me that I would need a bigger amp, and was hard set on selling me Sony equipment (which I personally dont like for car audio). I stopped him as he was rambling on about the sony amp and asked him if he had anything else he could show me, more inline with what I wanted, he bluntly said "no", so I just left. I havent been back there since.
