b20b

How hard do you guys think it would be to put a B20B inside my Teg? I have a friend who say's he'd help me do it for a 12 pack of beer, but he's not the brightest. Lord knows I don't want to be without my car for a month...it's just an idea I guess.

Well, i've seen a B20B into a 94+ Teg but never into the 90-93. I think it would be just as easy to do it in the 93 as in the 94.

Just a quick question but do you know the specs on the b20b? Its not really that different from your engine a b18a. Just the power comes on quicker. Are you looking to turbo, put a vtec head on, or just keeping it the way it is? I think some of your questions can be answered at http://resource.crx.org/discussions.html . I figure since you can put a b16a1 in your car and so can 88-91 crxs and civc hb you can learn a little there. A guy named storminMatt put one in his hatch and is pulling 15.0 with little or no mods. try it out.

Hmmm, well it depends on how much room I'd have left in the engine bay for turbo. But if I could fit it in there without having to give up A/C or power steering then I'm down with that. I don't really know the specs on it, but I have also heard of it being done in a 94+ Teg, so why couldn't it be done in mine? I guess I'd have to find a good shop and get some advice.
