How much can I boost my standard WRX'96?

Could someone tell me how much can I boost my 1996 WRX please.

Oh, the following modifications have already been made to the car:

- installed Unichip
- installed VF22 turbo

I currently boost at about 14 psi, can I adjust it to 17 psi all the time?
