camy's and run around alot, don't stay in one spot. it doesn't hurt that bad when you get hit unless its a fresh CO2 or its at very close range. if you're going to hold one spot make sure that you're with 3 or more people.

Yeah run around heaps, its harder to hit a moving target.

Where clothes which camoflauge in, and are long sleeved

Sometimes its good to run all the way around the edge of the playing field (so no one sees you), and then you can snipe into the other teams base

WHOO HOO paint-ball!!!! love the sport!!..

well if this is your first time then dont expect to walk the next day hahah... well unless your a weenie and u dont get into it...

stay low cover your head with bandana or sumthing. ur gona get brused up anyways so just wear comfortable stuff it gets hot summer time and all. but main point is just to have fun. everyone plays differently, if u suck then u suck... tips wont help. conserve your ammo and fade into the backgounds!! be one with the force and u will be fine!!! just dont be scared of being hit, if u can overcome that the game is fun as hell!!!!

well good luck and watch ur head
