How does your "to do" stockpile look like???

When I look at my own pile, I think I will need to become at least 120 years old to build all those models...

If you start with those bike kits I promise you you'll be at least 130!

Your'd never be able to build all them to a high standard, the 1:12 MP4/6's you have will take months each.

Take it you like Tamiya models? Sad truth is though I bet you won't stop buying more kits.

I've had to be so forceful with myself, as I've got far toooooo many kits. I've even sold some now, as I'd never be able to build them all.

Yup... in the same boat... too much in stock but still buying at an accelerating rate !! Glad to see I'm not the only one with this disease ! Cool choices though.

I already did that. I could buy me a nice 1/1 Porsche with that money. On condition that I would find someone who would buy them all at once of course.

See, my g/f bitches when I buy a new model kit, but all I have to do is show her a pic of a collection like yours and she shuts up ...

Hell my pile still fits under the desk

(to be fair, it's two boxes deep, so there's another dozen behind there...)

well, I think I won't post a pic of mine, somebody here may have a heartattack !!
hum... in fact it is so big that it can enter in the screen !!
so being serious I have first around (but less) one hundred 1/24 kits, rally (95%) and dakar + the "back to the future I" De Lorean, after that I have (are you ready? here follow the number... ) around 400 1/43 rally kits (too much even to catch them on one pic!) and finally around 1 hundred 1/43 dakar kits...
I think I will have to live at least twice to hope to build half of that !!!
next time I move I may finally decide to sell some kits, the one interesting me less (may exist some !)

Phil

400 1/43!!!! Wow........ I'll bet there are some interesting subjects in that mix.....

I have approximately 150 1/24 and 1/12 scale models, again about 95% are rally and touring cars. I have about 30 transkits for them to do non oob builds...

Yes I think so !!
in fact I have some models a plenty of times, for example I have 19 205 turbo 16, 5 are opening and 2 of these opening are Racing 43 high detailed metal kit !!
that's not the case for all my models, but I used to get severals versions of each car.
I think I will be able to decide which ones interest me most and are the best to keep when I will start building them, cos' I won't be able to build all my models if I build all versions I have.

If I try to list what I have, I may say I have at least one model and version of all Gr. B and WRC and of most Gr. 4 and Gr. A...

I am very proud of my dakar models, I think I could find most of interseting and rar models... and most of the time with cheap purchases !!
for example I have all "de Leotard 6x6" cars !! wonderfull cars, only these ones make me feel like collecting dakar models !!
link to de Leotard web site: http://www.deleotard.free.fr/mes6roues/deleotard03.htm

bye
