how many killowatts does a stock 1993 model gtr have?
and what about a stock 1996 model?

A stock 1993 GTR has 208kw@6800rpm. I don’t think there were any changes made to the engine until 1998 when the next one was released.

The power, in kW, was always rated the same. It isn't. I can't tell you the differences in power, but there were some. You can't have an increase in torque and not have the power go up. The 206kW is something that the Japanese motor companies sorta agree'd on to stick to in order to stop the Govt. imposing regulations and stuff.

Stock '93 GT-R, I would say between 235-240kW. Don't know about R33 GT-R, most likely in the same ballpark ~240kW.
