Newbie Quesiton...really need some help

Hey all,
Alright...here we go, yesterday I installed the vinal layovers for my gauges...that went fine, but when I was putting my needles back on, following the instructions and using as much common sense as I could muster, I screwed them up somehow...my speedo is about ten miles and hour off on the high side, the temp gauge isn't working at all, my gas gauge, well, lets just say I am going to be filling up daily just to be on the safe side, the Tach is working fine...Any help would be great, I mean really great....I don't think that eyeballing speed and guessing on my gas is a really good idea...
But on the bright side, the gauges look great! and thats all that really matters right!...right?? hehe
