Question Rear left & right height different???

Hi all,
I have just installed the coilover kit with Tokiko shock on my 2000 civic ex few days ago, but i found out the rear right is higher than rear left, so I have to adjust the rear left coilover to make it balance.......

now my car is lowered and balance when i look at it, but the left & right coilover thing is not at same height..........right side is all the way at the bottom and left side still have some gap to the bottom...

i think this is not how it should be, cuz ppl r saying that both sides has to be balance b4 or after lowing....right?

does anyone know what's wrong with it..............?

I'm really appreciate if someone could help!

If they are coilover sleeves, make sure the sleeve is sitting all the way down on the shock body. If it's not sitting flush, it may be keeping everything uneven.

Never eyeball your ride height you should break out a yard stick and measure from fender well to axle or fenderwell to ground or better yet corner weight it at a shop.

Was anyone sitting in the rear left, while the rear right was empty before you checked the height? SPrings have to settle a little bit, so it could be that the rear left settled further and faster than the right. Also make sure the ground that you are checking it on is perfetly level. In my driveway, which seems level, my front right looks lower than my front left but when I'm on level ground it's all good. Hope it helps.

Yea, when you lower/raise the coilovers and you take the jack out from under it, open up the door, stand on the car, and hop to settle the springs.
