Whistling CAI

I just installed my AEM CAI and it slightly whistels when i accelerate. Is this normal?

I think so. I have a DAC short ram. It "whistles" at cold idle and when I lightly accelerate. As long as everything is firmly attached, its probably just how its supposed to be.

yes it will wistle when you're light on the gas and growl when you're heavy on it. Nothing to worry about, its just air movement.

it's pretty nice. i noticed a slight improvement in torque an hp, but not much, but hey its only a $172 investment. it's sounds really nice though. and my engine compartment looks hella clean, will show pics when i finish editing them.
