Tamiya Modeling Wax
Got some from HLJ today with the idea of polishing up my R33, as it's nearly finished now. (This isn't the yellow one
)Is it supposed to give a shine? As I can't seem to get one out of it. It seems to change the look of the paint slightly, but make it slightly duller, I thought it was supposed to bring up a shine? Am I doing it wrong?

you probably need to polish it first, then wax it.

Use the rubbing compound to bring out the shine first. The wax is used to seal in the shine and stops the build up of dust etc.
gets rid of water and finger marks. Are you rubbing it off when dry??
