Proper Way to use Tamiya Compound/Wax?

Hi. I was wondering what is that proper way to use tamita rubbing compund and tamiya wax to polish the car. If someone can give Instructions it would be great. Thanks

I don't know the "proper" way, I just do it like a newbiw, I put the polish on a polishing cloth and start rubbin away, but be careful around the sharp edges of the car's body, they paint can come off easily on those areas.

I'm wondering how to use Gunze Mr Wax myself. It comes in an aerosol can. Do I just spray it on directly? Any precautions needed?
