Help ! ! ! 3g prelude won't start

This weekend i took all of my interior out and painted it. I left one of one the doors open for most of the weekend. I put everything back together and the car won't start. I got an boost and the car started up then died. All the lights in the interior flashes on and off. I don't know if the battery's completely dead or if i tampered with some wires putting everything back. Can someone please give me some suggestions on what to check. Any advice is appreciative. Thanks in advice.

Quickest way to find out: unplug your ecu fuse and try a diferrent battery(replace fuse b4 you start your car) If it works then you know it's your battery
