1995 Corvette ZR-1

I really liked this car when it first came out so I didn't hesitate to build it!
One thing I can't get over is how cheesy the wheels/tires are.

I have no idea about the exhaust...But it looks very realistic! Really clean over all. Keep up the great work!

Re: 1995 Corvette ZR-1

Great build, I built this same model many years ago (when I wasn't nearly as good of course) and I found the wheels and tires to be just plain weird too... the wheels really should be brushed aluminum, not chrome, and I found the windshield fit was poor as well. But you obviously solved those hurdles, great build!

Re: 1995 Corvette ZR-1

Nice work, the license plate is cools too. Now I'm falling in love with American model cars. But in my area I can find only a little bit. So I must doing only some Tamiya kit. Which can do the left hand drive. But I need more different license plates.

Thanks guys! The exhaust isn't perfect, you can still see the mold lines on the cats
From the the mid muffler back the exhaust piping and mufflers are from an Aoshima Aristo(Lexus GS300) with tips made from straw/BMF.
