what is the difference between these 2 projector headlamps?

i was looking on rsversion and found this real cheap $$$ projector headlamps.
https://www.rsversion.com/details.asp?prodID=315
then i was looking at rsversion again and found these headlamps for more money but they look the same.
https://www.rsversion.com/details.asp?ProdID=810
so does somebody want to tell me why i should pay like 60 bucks more for almost the same headlights?and what the difference is cuz i still plan on getting the first ones.:grey:

The second one is the new "angel eyes" version of the projectors.

No, it's technically a headlight "conversion" which will switch you from an H4 style bulb to one H3 for high beams and one H1 for normal driving. But the package should bring the new bulbs. Ask just in case.
