Paint

I think there is a flaw in the paint! I already took the car back to the dealer twice to have them buff out some scratches on the hood. And today i decided to wash and wax my car and something weird is happening. I went up and bought some turtle wax that has a built in clear coat enhancer and when i got finished buffing all the wax out i noticed these glossy streaks. I tried buffing with paper towles, terry clothe towles, and even a foam pad, but the glossy/ hazy look would not go away! Has this happened to anyone else?
