Heat the can up in hot water first
Make sure the can is well shaken
It may be due to the paint going on to thick...I FIND BLACK IS A BAD COLOUR FOR AIR BUBBLES
If there is only the very odd bubble, pin prick it as soon as it appears can help to. Dont wait to long. If the paint is still very wet it will blend into the already wet paint.

How long did you wait between primer coats? Are you using enamel or lacquer primer? Enamel or lacquer body paint?

Seems like either 1.) Primer coat hasn't fully dried out yet, still releasing solvent gas which is causing bubbles or 2.) The body paint is too "hot" for the underlying primer coat and dissolving the primer beneath it, which is also very bad

Make sure that your coats are very very light. just enough to barely cover the body.

after primers did you wash the body before black paint. i just had the sam experience with my black sti. if you wash primed car after sanding allow it to dry at least 3 hours. it looks really dry after about an hour but i think primer sucks some water inside so its not dry really. so when you spray bubbles appear.
i dont know, if you havent washed the body then i dont know the reason.
