air bubbles on trans dipstick
I have a 94 regal with 57000 miles on it and the transmission dipstick when hot has airbubbles on it.....it's not overfilled and shifts fine.
I have heard that the trans breather vent may be plugged. Where is the location of this vent and how can I remove it to see if it's plugged.....does it screw in or pull out. Thanks |

Re: air bubbles on trans dipstick
More likely caused by an overfill or air entering the fluid stream, the seal on the oil filter is a common area for air to get into the fluid.
