Took out a LX470

That was one fun SUV to drive. I had the Spyder in to have the transmission looked at (they had to verify that it needs a new tranny - they wouldn't take my word for it) so we walked over to the Lexus dealership and took one out. I have to say that it had enough gadgets in it that if I had 65K in my pocket I might have considered buying it. Instead I got to kill an hour or so while I waited for my car.

btw - The tranny for the Spyder is under warrenty so I didn't blink at the 5500 price tag.

LX470-nice but at the end on the day still an over-glorified LandCruiser with a fancy badge, I like the X5 3.0V6

Damn, lucky break for you, Yogs. I'd like to have some luck like that today - it was a rough day with lots of tough breaks
